Rachael Bradley

Head of School

Rachael Bradley is a proven successful leader with a passion for education that has accompanied her throughout her career. She believes education is a noble pursuit that allows one to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Mrs. Bradley previously served as the Head of School for a private classical school, for nearly 10 years. She has experience launching a new campus, having done so in the midst of the Covid pandemic, here in Franklin. As a school leader, Mrs. Bradley believes in a positive collaborative approach with families, in order to best meet the needs of her students.

Mrs. Bradley brings over 24 years of early childhood education experience, during which time she has been committed to making all decisions, based on what is in the best interest of the children she serves. She has taught in a wide variety of schools and communities and now considers it a great privilege and responsibility to launch a new classical school in Williamson County, that will strive to develop well-rounded individuals, committed to critical thinking, intellectual excellence, and the pursuit of truth.

Mrs. Bradley received a B.S. in Family and Child Development and a M.A. in Education from Virginia Tech.
